What happens to your data.
Short version: we use what you send us to answer you and arrange the rental. Nothing else. No tracking, no ads, no reselling.

What we collect
Only what you give us: the details you type into a reservation or contact form — name, email address, phone number, rental dates, pickup and return locations and vehicle preference — and anything you send us by email or WhatsApp. This website sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics. The only thing stored in your browser is your language choice, on your device, and only if you allow it.
Why we use it
To answer your request: check availability, prepare your quote, agree the pickup and run the rental. We do not use your details for advertising, we do not build profiles, and we do not send newsletters.
Where it goes
Your form message is delivered to us by email through Resend, our email delivery provider, and this website is hosted on Vercel. Both process the data only to deliver the service. We never sell your data and we never share it beyond what is needed to run the rental.
How long we keep it
For as long as it takes to handle your request and, if you rent with us, for as long as bookkeeping and rental records legally require. Inquiries that do not become bookings are not kept around.
Your rights
You can ask at any time what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. One email to info@motion-rentacar.com does it. If you believe we have mishandled your data, you also have the right to complain to the Croatian data protection authority (AZOP).
