Where do I pick up the car at Split Airport?

Basic protection normally includes collision damage waiver and theft protection with an excess. Extra coverage can reduce the excess and may cover glass, tyres and underside depending on the package.
What is the fuel policy?
The standard policy is full-to-full: the car is delivered with fuel and should be returned with the same level. Missing fuel and service fees may be charged.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Share your flight number when booking. Airport pickup can be adjusted around flight delays whenever possible.
Are child seats and additional drivers available?
Yes. Child seats, booster seats and additional drivers can be requested during the reservation. Availability and fees are confirmed before payment.
Can I take the car on a ferry or across the border?
Ferry and cross-border travel must be approved in advance because insurance and vehicle category rules may apply. Mention your route in the reservation request.
Can I extend the rental?
Yes, extension is possible if the vehicle is available. Contact Motion Rent before the original return time to confirm the extra days and price.
How do I make a reservation?
Open a vehicle profile, enter pickup and return details, then send the reservation request. Motion Rent replies with availability, final price, delivery details and rental rules.
Will I see the final price before confirming?
Yes. The final quote is confirmed after dates, pickup and return locations, delivery, extras and one-way fees are reviewed. You can decide before payment.
Do I need to wait at a rental counter?
No crowded counter process is planned. Pickup is arranged as meet-and-greet whenever possible, with exact handover details confirmed before arrival.
Can you recommend the right vehicle?
Yes. Send passenger count, luggage, route and dates. Motion Rent can recommend the most practical class before you choose a specific vehicle profile.
Are prices different in high season?

Can I return the car outside office hours?
Out-of-hours return can often be arranged by confirmation. Details depend on location, flight time and vehicle category.
Can the car be delivered to a marina?
Yes. Marina delivery can be arranged in Split, Kastela, Trogir and other Croatian locations by confirmation.
